Hi there, i'm a ux/ui designer

Heya, I'm Nate - a product designer, web developer, and entrepreneur hoping to further my career in UX design space. I was raised in a multicultural family. Growing up, I had a unique perspective of the world. I started my design career as an Industrial design student at California State University, Long Beach. After school I  worked a few years for various startups until I became a creative director of a tech start-up in SF area. After being let go during 2009 recession, I became fascinated how I can build a business from the ground-up- and how making better products and services can help people's lives more fulfilling. Currently, I'm a founder of my own online fashion brand and a chief creative officer (CCO) of a thriving school in Bali, Indonesia. I'm passionate in engaging with community and founded a non-profit in Thailand called Less Plastic. Recently, I also helped founded an art festival in Chiang Mai, Thailand as a way to make art more accessible. As you can tell, I take on different roles in different sectors, however; I can boil down my passion into two major areas: creative endeavor and sustainability.


Outside of design, I'm an avid traveler. My fun fact is that I have been to 35 countries around the world and lived in 5 of them. I'm always down to collaborate. Reach out and let's chat!
